Within two years I earned a promotion to run our Fixed Income Market Data office in London with BGC Partners, covering a territory from Ireland to Germany, the Scandinavian countries to South Africa.
I learned something on that floor that I never forgot: success is a system. The people who win show up consistently and work the fundamentals while everyone else chases shortcuts.
After London, I built businesses. I worked 60, 70 hours a week. Gave everything to my clients, my employees, my community. I told myself I was building FOR my family.
