Why this workshop exists

More customers is the most expensive fix there is.

It is also the one every owner reaches for first.

Revenue is up. Everybody is busy. Then the month closes and what is left does not match the year you worked.

So you buy more leads, add more hours, hire one more person. Each new customer costs money to find and money to serve, and the leak that was eating your profit keeps eating it, now on a bigger number.

The problem was never effort. Nobody ever sat down with you and measured where the money leaves, so it never became a number anybody could act on.

Revenue feeds your potential. Profit feeds your family.

What you will learn

Three secrets, and each one retires a belief.

Each is a belief that sounds like common sense and quietly keeps owners on the treadmill. We take them one at a time, with real examples from ordinary businesses.

01Secret one

The fastest money is money you already make.

The belief it retires To make more, I need more customers.

A dollar you stop spending is kept whole. A dollar of new sales is not, because you paid to make the thing and paid to find the buyer. Then prices: why an increase with a true reason attached rarely costs the customers you want to keep.

02Secret two

Your customers are already saying yes.

The belief it retires If I ask for more, they will leave.

The moment after somebody decides to buy is the easiest sale you will ever make, and most businesses say nothing. And when they say no, it is usually a no to that price, that size, that day. A smaller first job, or the same job paid over time, turns it into a yes.

03Secret three

Small numbers multiply.

The belief it retires A few percent is not worth my time.

Twelve areas, each moved three, five or seven percent, never more than ten. Each builds on the revenue the one above it created, so they multiply instead of adding. That is why a handful of boring fixes beats one heroic year.

Secret three, in dollars

on a $500,000 business running a 50 percent gross margin and a 10 percent net. Five of the twelve, moved five percent each.

Sample figures, run on the same math as our Simulator. In the workshop you run it on your own three numbers.

What you leave with

A first fix, picked on your own numbers.

Bring three figures off your profit and loss: last year's revenue, your gross margin and your net margin. Rough is fine. Honest matters more than tidy.

  • 01
The size of your gapWhat a few points across the twelve areas is worth in a business your size, in year one and over five.
  • 02
The order to work them inWhy cost and price come before anything that needs a new customer, and what comes after.
  • 03
One fix to start this weekChosen before you leave the session, small enough to finish before the next one would have been.
  • 04
An honest look at what comes nextAt the end, Craig explains how owners work this with us if they want help finding exactly where their own money leaks. The teaching stands on its own either way.
This is you

Save your seat

  • You are open, you have customers, and the profit does not match how hard everybody works.
  • You can change your own prices without asking anybody.
  • You have tried more leads, more hours or more spend, and the bank balance still surprises you.
  • You want to sell one day. Selling price is profit times a multiple, so this is where that work starts.
This is not you

Start somewhere else

  • You have not opened yet. Start in The Anti-Franchise.
  • You want a new marketing tactic. We start with the money you already make.
  • You want to be told it is all fine. We work from real numbers, and sometimes they are unkind.

Your host

I failed so you don't have to.

For years I built real businesses and could not see what they were costing me. My fourteen-year-old stepdaughter asked me to go outside and bump the volleyball. I said, "Just give me one more hour." One hour became three. The sun went down. The volleyball was never touched.

What I teach now is the arithmetic I wish somebody had sat me down with. None of it is a secret in the sense of being hidden. It is a secret because almost nobody works it in order, on their own numbers.

Questions owners ask

Before you register.

Is it really free?

Yes. It costs nothing and there is nothing to cancel. Your name and email get you the link and a reminder.

Is this a sales pitch?

It is a workshop with an offer at the end, and we would rather say so now. Most of the session is teaching you can use on Monday without ever buying anything. In the last part Craig explains The Profit Roadmap, which is how owners find exactly where their own money leaks with us. If that is not for you, leave with the teaching.

Do I need my numbers?

Bring them if you can: last year's revenue, gross margin and net margin. If you do not know your margins, come anyway. Part of the session shows you how to find them in five minutes.

What if I cannot make it live?

Register anyway. Everybody who registers gets the replay by email, and the replay page has everything the live session had.

Does this work for my industry?

The twelve areas cover almost any business that has customers, prices and costs. Trades, clinics, agencies, shops and professional firms all leak in the same places. The sizes differ. The places do not.

One session, free

Stop chasing. Start keeping.

Bring three numbers. Leave with the size of your gap, the order to close it, and one fix to start this week.
