Coach Acceleration

You already give the advice. Nobody pays you for it yet.

For the operator, consultant or exited owner people already come to. You bring the judgment, which is the part nobody can teach. We hand you the operating system, the software, the room and the accountability that turn it into a practice.

The part nobody warns you about

Can you invoice me for that?

The sentence you have never once said out loud, to somebody who took an hour of your life and a decade of your experience.

You know how to help somebody. That is the rare half and you already have it. What you do not have is the business around it.

What do I charge. What do I actually deliver in month two. How do I keep a client three years instead of three months. What do I say when somebody asks a question I have never seen before.

Most new coaches answer those by guessing, undercharging, and quitting inside eighteen months. Not because they were bad at coaching. Because nobody handed them the business.

Your best client is you, five or ten years ago. You already know what they need. You need somewhere to put it.

This is you

You are ready to coach

  • You have run something real, and people already ask you for advice without being invited to.
  • You would rather be handed the operating system than spend two years building one.
  • You want a practice, not a side hustle, and you will treat it like a business from week one.
  • You are willing to be held to your word in front of other people, every single week.
This is not you

This will not work

  • You have never run or led anything. Owners can tell inside one call, and no script covers that.
  • You are looking for passive income. This is a practice and it takes real work.
  • You want to be told what to say rather than know what to do.
  • You want to coach business owners because coaching looks easier than what you do now.

What you are handed

The practice, already assembled.

Not a course about coaching. The actual business: what you deliver, in what order, priced, scripted, with the software your clients log into and a room that holds you to it. You are delivering in week one, not week thirty.

01
BCOS, the Business Coach Operating SystemBCOS™: nine steps and sixty-six templates. Every step is a result your client can point at, not a topic you covered. This is ours, built from scratch, and it is the reason this is more than software.
02
The software your clients log intoThe diagnostics that produce a number before the first conversation, the client portal, the roadmap and the task tracking. You show up to a call with the work already done.
03
Return and Report, every weekA live group call where you say what you said you would do, and what actually happened. In front of people. This is the part that makes the difference and the part most coaching programs do not have.
04
Your first three clients, step by stepNot "go network." A sequence, with the scripts, the pricing conversation and the close, and a guarantee attached to the outcome.

How it works

Three steps, and we talk before either of us commits.

Seats open a few at a time, because a room of coaches only works if the people in it have actually run something. That is why this one is by application rather than a buy button.

Coach Readiness Assessment

Score yourself against what actually makes a practice work before you quit anything: what you have run, who you would coach, what you could charge, and whether you have the runway to get to three clients.

Plenty of people find out the honest answer is not yet, and that is a good outcome at this stage.

02Month to month

Business Coach University

The room, the monthly session, and a proper look at the real work before you commit to a practice. You see how the system actually runs and who else is in it.

Month to month. Cancel it yourself the day it stops being worth more than it costs. There are no refunds, and no contract.

03By application

Business Coach Launchpad

The full system. BCOS™, the software, Return and Report, the accountability layer and the room. It starts low and steps up in stages as the work proves itself, with no setup fee on top.

We talk first. If it is not a fit we will tell you, and we would rather tell you now.

The guarantee

Three paying clients, or you get more of us until you have them.

Complete the nine steps and do your Return and Report every week. If you do not have three paying clients after that, we work with you directly until you land them: your onboarding advisor and 1:1 time with Craig, for up to twelve weeks, at no extra cost.

The clock starts when your onboarding is finished, not the day you sign.

The conditions, and they are the whole guarantee

  • You show up. Every Return and Report, not most of them.
  • You do the nine steps. In order, finished, not skimmed.
  • You take the action. What you do not work will not work, and the conditions exist to make sure you work it.
  • No refunds, no discounts, no pauses. Also no contract, and you can cancel it yourself any month.

Questions coaches ask

Before you apply.

What makes this different from every other coaching certification?

Most of them sell you knowledge and leave you to build the business. You get the operating system, the software your clients actually log into, a weekly call where you are held to what you said, and a room of coaches doing it at the same time. The certification is the easy part. The practice is the hard part, and that is what this is.

Do I need to be a certified coach already?

No. What you need is to have run or led something real, because owners can tell within one conversation whether you have sat in their chair. Judgment is the half nobody can hand you. Everything else here is the half we can.

How long before I have paying clients?

The path to your first three is a nine-step sequence, and the guarantee is built around it. How fast depends entirely on how much of it you work. What you do not work will not work.

What does it actually cost to run?

Membership is billed monthly and there is no contract. It starts low and steps up in stages as the work proves itself, and there is no setup fee on top. We walk you through every stage, and every number, on the call before you decide.

Will I be competing with you for clients?

No. Owners come to a coach they trust, and there are more owners who need this than any one practice can hold. We also do not take a referral fee from you or place conditions on who you work with. Your clients are yours.

What if it is not working?

You tell us, on Return and Report, in front of the room. That is the entire point of the format. If you have done the steps and it still is not landing, the guarantee gives you more of us rather than less of your money.

Apply

Tell us what you have run.

Seats open a few at a time. This is a short application rather than a checkout, because the room only works if the people in it have actually built something.

If it is a fit we will set up a conversation. If it is not, we will tell you plainly and point you somewhere better. Either way you hear back within one business day.

We do not sell or share anything you put in here.

A small number of seats

Your best client is you, five or ten years ago.

You already know what they need, because you needed it. The only question is whether you are going to build the business around that or keep giving it away an hour at a time.
