The Profit Acceleration Path

You do not need more customers. You need to keep more of what you already sell.

For the owner who is busy, growing, and still not keeping enough of the money. Any industry, any size. The room is open today and the first seven days cost nothing.

What is actually going wrong

Where did it all go?

Revenue is up. Everybody is busy. Then you look at what is actually left and none of it adds up to the year you just had.

So you do what everyone does. More leads. More customers. More spend. It is the most expensive way to fix a money problem and it is usually the wrong one, because the leak was never the number of customers.

Twelve places money leaves a business. You are almost certainly losing it in several of them right now, and almost certainly wrong about which ones. Not because you are bad at this. Because nobody sits down and measures it, so it never becomes a number anybody can act on.

Revenue feeds your potential. Profit feeds your family.

This is you

You are in the right room

  • You have customers and revenue, and the bank balance still surprises you at month end.
  • You can change your own prices without asking anybody's permission.
  • You hired people and somehow got busier instead of freer.
  • You would rather fix what you already have than go chase more of it.
This is not you

Somewhere else is better

  • You have not opened yet. Start on the Launch path.
  • You are an employee. None of these are decisions you are allowed to make.
  • You want a marketing tactic. We do not start with getting more customers.
  • You want somebody to agree with you. We work off your numbers, and sometimes they are unkind.

The mechanism

Twelve levers, and they multiply instead of adding.

These are the twelve closest to the dollar, and most of them cost nothing to pull. Move each one a few percent and they compound on the revenue the one above it created. That is why a handful of small numbers beats one heroic year, every time.

01 to 03Keep more of itCut costs. Stand out so price stops being the first question. Build an offer people say yes to faster.
04 to 06Charge properlyRaise prices. Sell more to each customer. Bundle so every purchase is worth more than it was.
07 to 09Keep more customersOffer a smaller option. Add services for customers you already earned. Follow up until they are ready.
10 to 12Bring more inPartner with businesses that already have your audience. Generate leads consistently. Market online.
12Levers we start with
1–10%Is all we move each one
40+Waiting behind the twelve

Twelve is where we start, not where it ends. Behind them sit forty more areas, with action items inside each one, plus everything the Launch and Exit work adds. You will never be handed all of it at once, and you will never need to be. Put your own numbers in the Simulator and see what a few points are worth in your business.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one costs nothing.

Nobody is asked to start at the top. You start in the room for seven days at no charge, and everything above it is there when you want it and never before.

01Free, right now

The Profit Simulator

Three numbers off your profit and loss and you see what a few points on each lever is worth in year one, and over five. No email needed to see the answer and the result is yours to keep.

Run it here. It shows you the size of the gap. It does not tell you where the gap is.

02Seven days free, then $97

The Profit Room

Post a question at six in the morning from a job site and get an answer inside one business day. A weekly working session where the room builds the fix together, with other owners doing exactly this.

A card starts the trial and the first payment lands on day eight: $97 a month, or $697 for the year. Cancel it yourself any time. No refunds, and no contract.

03Thirty days

The Profit Roadmap

The ninety-minute scored assessment, your financials reviewed properly, a written roadmap naming what to fix and in what order, and the implementation calendar that goes with it.

This is the one that tells you where the money actually is. The roadmap is yours whether you go further or not.

Beyond the Roadmap is The Profit Advisory, which adds the monthly private session and the quarterly planning day. It is capped, and it is reached through the assessment rather than a buy button, because nobody should commit to that from a web page.

Above every path sits The Boardroom: a weekly 1:1 call with Craig plus quarterly and annual planning, five owners at a time, $7,497 a month or $74,970 a year.

The Owners Council · Northern Virginia

Tribe, or tourist.

You have been to the events. You felt the lift in the parking lot and by Thursday nothing had changed, because nobody called and nobody noticed.

There is one room where that cannot happen, and you have to be able to drive to it. Thirty seats, one business per category, and what is said at the table stays at the table.

Every month, this room finds something in your business you could not see.

  • 01
One session a month, in person, in your townThe Council. Ninety minutes with your hub. Your numbers get worked every month, not once a quarter.
  • 02
One training a month, onlineNinety minutes on one lever with every hub together, run against your own figures. Your questions go in the community.
  • 03
A room that expects youWhat you committed to goes in writing before the session. Miss it and somebody notices, which is most of why it works.

Thirty seats, then it closes.

The founding seats are priced lowest, and the price rises once the room fills past fifteen. You hear the number at your guest seat.

Sit in as a guest before anyone asks you for a dollar. After that it is month to month, you can cancel it yourself, and there are no refunds.

What you are joining

The room is the product, not the calls.

Coaching does not only happen on a scheduled call. Most of it happens in the days between, which is exactly where traditional coaching leaves you alone. You do not wait two weeks to ask one question.

  • 01
Answers whenever you need themPost a question on a Sunday night or from the truck at lunch. Answered inside one business day, and the answer teaches the whole room, not just you.
  • 02
Ideas you would not have had aloneThe part nobody can teach you is the part another owner already solved. In a room you get theirs, not just ours.
  • 03
Somebody notices when you do not do itYou say what you will do by next week in front of people who will ask. That is most of why it actually gets done.
  • 04
A reason to move every weekOne working session, weekly, on the calendar. Not a course you mean to get back to.
  • 05
Proof from people like youWins get posted. Seeing somebody in your trade move a number is worth more than us telling you it moves.

The Profit Advisory guarantee

If none of your first three levers moves in ninety days, you get more of me, not an invoice.

Your roadmap names the first three levers to move, in order, measured on your own numbers. Show up, do the work we prescribe, take the action. If none of those three has moved at least one point in ninety days, your monthly private session becomes weekly at no extra cost, for up to twelve weeks.

The conditions, and what stays true

  • You show up. Report your numbers monthly, not when you feel like it.
  • You do the work we prescribe. In the order we prescribe it.
  • You take the action. What you do not work will not work.
  • No refunds, no discounts, no pauses. Also no contract, and you can cancel it yourself any month.

Questions owners ask

Before you join.

Does this work for my industry?

The same twelve places cover almost any business that has customers, prices and costs. The sizes differ wildly. The places do not. We have run this with trades, clinics, agencies, shops and professional firms, and the arithmetic does not care which one you are.

I do not have time for another thing.

That is exactly why the room exists. There is no appointment you have to make it to. Post from a job site at six in the morning or from the couch at eleven at night and it gets answered inside one business day. The weekly session is one hour and it is recorded. Everything else runs on your clock rather than ours, which is the opposite of waiting two weeks for a coaching call to ask one question.

How is this different from a business coach?

Most owners who come to us have hired a coach before. They got knowledge. They did not get a machine. The plan gets built from your numbers before the conversation, not during it. You get a written roadmap and a calendar rather than an hour of encouragement. And you get a room of other owners instead of one person's opinion, which matters more than people expect, because the answer to your problem is usually already sitting with somebody two trades over.

What if I am already working with someone else?

Most owners come to us already working with an accountant, an attorney, sometimes another coach. We do not replace them. They keep your books and contracts right; we work the twelve levers those relationships were never built to move.

Do I have to show you my books?

Not early on, and not in the room. What you do have to do is know your numbers and be honest about them. If you guess, or round them up to feel better, we cannot help you, because everything we do starts from what is actually true. Later, when we go deep, the real statements make the work faster. Nothing you share is visible to anybody else.

What if I want to stop?

There is no twelve-month contract. It is month to month, so it does renew until you stop it, and you can stop it yourself any time without asking us or sitting through a phone call. Leave the advisory and you drop back to the room. Leave the room and you keep everything we built together. There are no refunds.

Is this just the same twelve ideas everyone has?

The levers are arithmetic that has been in print for decades, and we say so plainly. Nobody has to take the math on faith. What is new is the delivery: diagnostics that produce a number before we talk, a room that answers you on your schedule, and somebody holding you to what you said you would do. The math is not new. This way of getting it done is.

Seven days, nothing charged

Start in the room.

Bring the question that keeps you up at two in the morning. Put it in front of Craig and a room of owners who have already been exactly where you are. If it is not worth it by day seven, cancel it yourself and nothing is charged.
