The Launch Acceleration Path

Open the doors in ninety days.

And land your first five paying jobs. For the person who is good at the work and has never run the business side of it. Any home or service trade, and a general kit if yours is not listed.

This is you

You are ready to open

  • You can do the work and you are tired of doing it for somebody else.
  • You are in a home or service trade. Cleaning, detailing, pressure washing, handyman, landscaping and the rest.
  • You have money set aside and no idea whether it is enough.
  • You want a business, not a second job with worse hours.
This is not you

Try somewhere else

  • You are already open and taking money. That is Profit Acceleration.
  • You have no idea what work you want to do. We can build around almost any service trade, but we cannot pick the work for you.
  • You want to think about it for another year. Opening takes real work every week for ninety days, and it does not wait for you.
  • You expect it handed to you. We build it with you, not for you.

What is actually going wrong

Everybody says just start.

Nobody tells you what to charge, how to get the first five paying jobs, what insurance you actually need, or how much cash you need behind you before the first invoice clears.

So most people either never start, or they start with a truck payment and a logo and find out in month four that the numbers never worked.

Opening is not the hard part. Opening so it pays you is.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is free.

Nothing here asks you to spend money to find out whether you should. The first week costs nothing, and it is built to talk you out of this if the numbers do not work.

01Seven days free

Your first seven days

One short lesson a day, each ending in something you write down rather than think about. What the business has to pay you, what you can put in, the gap between them, and the prices real businesses in your town actually charge.

Day seven you name the business and post an opening date. Nothing is charged until the seven days are up, and plenty of people work out they should wait six months. That is a good outcome, and it is cheaper now than in month four.

02Then $47 a month, or $338 a year

The Anti-Franchise

A room of people opening at the same time as you, so nobody does the first year alone. Inside it: the weekly workshop, the seven-day challenge that gets your business named and publicly committed to, the twelve steps in order, and answers inside one business day.

This is where you learn what to do next. It is not a course you watch alone, and it is not somebody doing it for you.

03Annual, inside the room

Premium, and the 90‑Day Launch Intensive

Everything in the room, plus every worksheet written for you and a Friday call where your own plan gets worked on out loud. Your trade's kit lands the day you join: pricing for that trade's margins, the equipment list, the licensing, scripts for your first five paying jobs.

If your trade does not have its own kit yet, the general service business kit covers you today and yours arrives when it is finished, at no extra cost.

Then what

At five paying jobs you have a business rather than a plan, and the work changes. Opening is a checklist. Keeping the money is not. That is Profit Acceleration, and it is where owners stay for years.

The Premium guarantee

Five paying jobs, or we keep working until you get them. Show up, do the work you get assigned each week, and take the action, and the room and the Friday calls stay open as long as it takes. Five paying jobs means five different customers who paid you for finished work, each paid after you joined.

Above every path sits The Boardroom: a weekly 1:1 call with Craig plus quarterly and annual planning, five owners at a time, $7,497 a month or $74,970 a year.

Thirty trades

Your kit is built for your trade, not for business in general.

These were written by a team that has been building franchise-level operating documents for years. That is what a franchise actually sells you: the pricing, the equipment list, the licensing, the scripts, the order to do it in. We partnered to put that same standard in your hands without the rest of it.

*Your trade is not on the list? The Service-Based Business kit is built to work for any service trade, so nobody waits for their industry to show up.

What a franchise charges you for

  • A franchise fee of tens of thousands before you open the doors
  • Royalties on gross revenue for as long as you own it, whether you profit or not
  • A required marketing levy you do not control
  • Approved suppliers, approved pricing, approved territory
  • A contract that says what you may do with the business you built
  • An exit they have to approve, to a buyer they have to approve

What you get here

  • The same class of operating documents, included with Premium, never charged as a fee before you open
  • No royalty. Ever. What you earn is yours
  • Your name over the door, your market, your suppliers, your prices
  • Nobody approving your decisions or your marketing
  • You own the business outright, including the right to sell it
  • And when you do sell it, we are the ones who help you raise what it is worth

If your trade is on the coming soon list, the Service-Based Business kit covers you today and you move across the day yours is finished, at no extra cost. Nobody waits and nobody is turned away for picking something unusual.

What you are joining

What you are actually joining.

Everything below happens inside the room. Not in a folder we email you, not in a course you watch alone at eleven at night. The room is the product, and this is the reason it beats a course.

  • 01
Somebody to build it withThe work is the same either way. Doing it beside people at the same stage is what makes it survivable.
  • 02
Ideas you would not have had aloneThe part nobody can teach you is the part somebody else already solved. In a room you get theirs, not just ours.
  • 03
Somebody notices when you do not do itYou say what you will do by next week, in front of people who will ask. That is most of why it gets done.
  • 04
A reason to move every weekOne working session, every week, on the calendar. Not a course you mean to get back to.
  • 05
Proof from people like youWins get posted. Seeing somebody in your trade move a number is worth more than us telling you it moves.

What it costs to open, trade by trade, is waiting inside the room before you spend anything.

Seven days, nothing charged

The room is open. You can be in it tonight.

Seven days free. In that week you work out what the business has to pay you, what it costs to open where you live, and whether the gap between them is one you can cross. Then you name it and post the date.

If it is not for you, cancel it yourself in two clicks before day eight and nothing is charged. You keep the name and the date, and nobody calls you about it. After that there are no refunds, and no contract.

$47 a month now, $67 on January 1. Whatever you join at is what you keep, for as long as you stay.

What opens the moment you join

  • The seven-day challenge. One lesson a day, each ending in something written down.
  • The twelve steps to open. Licensing through your first five paying jobs, in order.
  • What it costs to open. Trade by trade, before you spend anything.
  • The Starting Block. The weekly call, Tuesdays, with owners at exactly your stage.

Ninety days from now, either way.

You will have opened, or you will be sitting exactly here reading this again. The seven days cost nothing, the twelve steps are already inside, and the room is built for people at exactly your stage. Pick which version of ninety days you want.
