Why owners join

Running a business is lonely. It doesn't have to be.

You can't tell your employees the hard stuff. The people at home may not get it. Most networking groups are too busy selling to each other to ever go anywhere real.

The Fairfax chapter is a table of owners in different trades who tell each other the truth, work each other's problems and check back next month. You leave every Council with a next step you chose, said in front of people who will ask.

What a seat gives you

Six things no coach can do alone.

One coach brings one point of view. A room brings every owner who already paid for the lesson you're about to learn.

01

Accountability

Say what you'll do out loud. Next month, the group asks whether you did it. Yes or no.

02

Creativity

A contractor sees what a dentist misses. You get ideas from businesses nothing like yours.

03

Learning

One part of your business a month, taught live, so you learn to spot the fix on your own.

04

Momentum

Small changes every month, until the owner who never took a Saturday off finally does.

05

Win-shares

Every meeting opens with wins, so you see what's working for owners like you, every month.

06

Alliances

Team up on joint ventures, events and shared leads when both sides want it. Nobody sells.

Who's at the table

The first Fairfax members. Names go here as they join.

Members who say yes are listed here with their business, so you know who you would be sitting with. Nobody is listed without saying yes, and we never fill a seat with a name that isn't real.

Open seatThe first owners to take a seat in Fairfax are listed here, by name and business, once they say yes.
Open seatThe chapter meets on Zoom at three members and in person at five, in its own town.
Your seatNo direct competitor serving the same customers sits in your chapter. Craig checks it.

Your seat

The first 10 members keep the lower price.

The Council guarantee

If nothing moves, the room comes to you.

Show up, post your Monthly Scorecard, and do the one thing you commit to. If three months pass and none of your four scorecard numbers has improved (revenue, profit, leads and closed sales), the group goes to work on you.

You get the hot seat at every meeting, and Craig answers your posts first, until one improves, for up to three meetings. The remedy is more of the room, never money back, because more of the room finishes the work.

Month to month.

No contract and no joining fee. If it isn't for you, cancel it yourself in Skool any month, with no call or email.

No refunds.

Pay by the month or by the year. Either way, you are never locked in past the time you have paid for.

Owners only.

Owners, co-owners, and independent agents and reps who run their own book. Not managers or employees.

No competitors.

No direct competitor serving the same customers sits in the same chapter. Craig checks it before you join.

Questions about Fairfax

Before you apply.

Where does the Fairfax chapter meet?

On Zoom until the chapter has five members. Then in person at a coworking space at 10300 Eaton Place, Fairfax, during the working day in the third week of each month.

I'm in Falls Church or Vienna. Is this my chapter?

Yes. The Fairfax chapter covers Falls Church, Vienna, Merrifield and the towns around them. Arlington and Washington DC owners sit in the Alexandria chapter.

I'm in Reston, Herndon or Woodbridge. Can I join here for now?

Yes. The Dulles Corridor and Prince William chapters are coming soon. You can join through Fairfax today, and your seat moves once, to your home chapter, when it opens. That one move is the only exception to staying with one chapter.

I'm closer to Alexandria. Can I sit in Fairfax anyway?

Your in-person seat is at the chapter nearest your business, and you keep that one seat. Every chapter shares the same monthly training and the same community, so you never miss what the network learns.

Is this a referral group?

No. There are no referral quotas and no referral fees, and nobody sells to the room. Members do team up on joint ventures and shared leads, but only when both sides want to.

Someone sent me this page. Do I have to know them well?

No. They thought you belong at the table, and their name rides along with your application so we can thank them. Craig still reads every application himself.

What if it isn't for me?

It's month to month with no contract and no joining fee, and you cancel it yourself in Skool any month. There are no refunds. Instead of money back, the guarantee gives you more of the room when you do the work and nothing has moved.

Fairfax · recruiting now

You were never supposed to carry this alone.

Applying takes about five minutes and costs nothing. Craig reads every application himself and answers within one business day.

Name what you built it for. Then let the room help you get it back.
