Why owners add their name
You can't tell your employees the hard stuff. The people at home may not get it. Most networking groups are too busy selling to each other to ever go anywhere real.
The Prince William chapter will be a room of owners in different trades who tell each other the truth, work each other's problems and check back next month.
How a chapter opens
Tell us who you are and what your business does. Nothing to pay, and no seat is held yet.
When 3 owners from the area sign up and a place to meet is set, the chapter opens on Zoom.
At five members the chapter meets in its own town, during the working day, once a month.
Each chapter caps at 30 in person, so every owner at the table is known by name.
Want in now?
You don't have to wait. Take a seat in the Fairfax chapter now, and your seat moves to the Prince William chapter when it opens. That single move is the only time a member changes chapters.
The Founding Meeting is Thursday, October 22, at 8:00 AM Eastern on Zoom, for every chapter. The first 10 members, in any chapter, pay $497 a month for as long as they keep their seat.
What the chapter will be
The Owners Council is a room of local owners who work on each other's businesses. Every chapter gets the same six things.
Say what you'll do out loud. Next month, the group asks whether you did it. Yes or no.
A contractor sees what a dentist misses. You get ideas from businesses nothing like yours.
One part of your business a month, taught live, so you learn to spot the fix on your own.
Small changes every month, until the owner who never took a Saturday off finally does.
Every meeting opens with wins, so you see what's working for owners like you, every month.
Team up on joint ventures, events and shared leads when both sides want it. Nobody sells.
